Not only is Kaye Kennedy an author of contemporary romance and romantic suspense novels, she's also an audiobook narrator and voice over actress.

Kaye spent 8 years acting in plays and studying theater in New York where she also served as a Chapter President for the International Thespian Society. After graduating from the Barbizon School of Modeling & Acting in Manhattan, Kaye found her niche as a beauty pageant competitor. She's held several state and international titles. During her pageant tenure she received even more public speaking training, which she put to good use on numerous occasions as both a reigning queen on appearances and a pageant emcee. 

She has received vocal coaching and has taken several courses on voice acting as well as news reporting. That training led to her landing a role as the host of a web show about dogs (think Animal Planet's Dogs 101). She filmed over sixty episodes back in the early years of YouTube.

As an author, Kaye has gained five years of experience doing voice over work and narration for her marketing content. She has also been a guest speaker on numerous podcasts. Her readers, who listen to her read from her books regularly on Facebook Live, have urged her to pursue audiobook narration, so she decided to take the leap!

While originally from New York, Kaye now lives on the Florida coast with her rescue mutt, Zeus, and is in pursuit of her own happily ever after. When she isn't writing or in the recording studio, she's out paddling on the water, indulging in a beach read, checking out a brewery, or feeding her wanderlust.
