Kaye is a former firefighter from Long Island, NY, who went on to earn her degree in English Literature. She taught college composition & literature classes before switching gears entirely and becoming a serial entrepreneur, starting seven businesses. She can speak extensively on the business side of being an author and she particularly excels at marketing and customer engagement.

As a former state and international beauty queen, Kaye has considerable experience with public speaking. She has presented at several author and reader-focused events on firefighting accuracy as well as on the business and craft side of authorship.

Kaye has been a guest on the Self Publishing Authors Podcast, Romance Happy Hour, and the Cops and Writers Podcast. She was also an instructor for a masterclass on firefighting in fiction given by The Creative Academy for Writers, and she's been an author panelist at Orlando Reads Books, Space Coast Book Lovers, and Books at the Beach.

Kaye lives in Florida, but travels often and has the flexibility for last-minute appearances.
